The bill (Reg. No. 6527) specifies the definition of the term "a general program service." Under the bill, it means an obligatory provision of the possibility for the subscribers to watch the suite of programs among the programs of the television and radio broadcasting organizations that perform terrestrial and satellite broadcasting in the territory of location of a respective multi-channel television network under the licenses issued by the National Council of Ukraine for Television and Radio Broadcasting.
